Jewels of the Romantic Period

Two bewitching and sonorous string works - Tchaikovsky’s homage to his idol Mozart, modernizing classical elements with his own lush and lyrical style, is paired with Elgar’s delightful and endearing early work.

The Neighborhood Series is sponsored by Phillips 66 and made possible also in part by the Houston Endowment and the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance.
